We all can experience tough times in our lives. Counselling can help when you want to change how you feel but do not know how, or when you want to find new, healthier coping strategies to embrace life more fully.
My approach is awareness and change oriented. I have been privileged to help many clients reach their expressed goals for therapy, for example, to feel more balanced and at peace, confident, self-accepting, assertive or more in control of emotions.

I have also a particular interest in helping unfulfilled singles, as well as pregnancy, birth and postnatal counselling (please see the sidebar). In 2016 I was representing Global Prenatal Initiative at the World Family Summit.
